Thus, the following materials, without being limited to these, cannot be used or copied without or permission and are protected by law regarding intellectual property: logo, design, illustrations, graphics, images, text, website layout, forms, interfaces, and so on.

Also, you are obliged to deliver real information or personal details. Please make sure that you are over 18 years old before placing an order on www.mauverien.com. When you use this website, you agree to place only valid orders and enquiries. In case of false orders or enquiries, we shall be authorized to cancel any order and announce the pertinent authorities.

* The preparations of the textile printing process is handled manually by our team. That is the reason why, each of our products is unique and it might present slight differences in what concerns the position of the print on the product, compared to product photography.
* We try to represent colors as close to reality as possible. Nevertheless, the colors of the products sold on www.mauverien.com may be subject to changes depending on the equipment that you are using in order to visualize and purchase them. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor are a true representation of the real colors.
7. Order
In order to place an order on www.mauverien.com, it is necessary to follow these steps:
- Identify and add your favorite products in the shopping bag
- Log in to your account
- Fill in the necessary data to place an order
- Choose the payment method
- Place the order
Once you submitted you order via our website, you must purchase the selected product and submit the correspondent payment through the available payment methods on www.mauverien.com.
After ordering via our website, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we received your order. Nevertheless, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to not accept an order on the following reasons:
- Unavailability of a product
- Technical or typing error of price or other product details when the product was ordered
- Fraudulent order
- When the user is minor
- Unability to deliver to the provided address
When an order will be rejected based on the above reasons, Mauverien will fully reimburse all the sums that have been paid.
8. Product Availability
As we work with made to order products, we keep stocks at the minimum in order to avoid overproduction, that it is why the product availability is subject to change. In case of technical difficulties such as broken printing equipment or website errors, we reserve the right to announce immediately the customer of the unavailable product and refund the amount charged for the unsent item, using the same payment method used to buy the product. If the product was paid cash on delivery, the reimbursement will be made in the bank account provided by the customer in the Return Form.
9. Price
The price on this website is quoted in LEI and it includes VAT.
The price of the product does not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be indicated on every product page in the ‘Delivery’ section or on the ‘Check out’ section, before confirming your order.
We will try and check periodically the prices displayed for our products.
Nonetheless, errors can happen. If we discover that any of your ordered products have been incorrectly priced due to an obvious error or mistake, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option either to cancel the order and have fully reimbursed the payed amount for the ordered products, either to continue with the order at the adjusted price. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with the products at the incorrect price.
10. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment by card ( VISA & MASTERCARD)
- Cash on delivery ( only for delivery in Romania)
Every transaction is processed through a secure gateaway provided by Visa, Mastercard and the accepting bank Banca Transilvania. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly to the entity in encrypted format (SSL). We have SSL certificates and security certificates for online transactions: Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
Customers must pay their order’s corresponding amount. You confirm that the credit/debit card you are using in order to pay the orders is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
11. Delivery
At the moment, we deliver only in Romania with Fan Courier.
Since all our items are on a made-to-order basis, the estimated shipping time is 2 – 5 working days after your order is confirmed and handed over to the courier.
Please note that the delivery can be delayed during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter etc.). If you experience delays, please contact us at contact@mauverien.com or track your order at www.fancourier.ro using the AWB that we provide for your order.
The cost of standard shipping in Romania is 19 RON. The shipping is free of charge for all the orders over 250 RON.
Delivery charges will be indicated on every product page in the “Delivery section” or on the “Check out section”. Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed. It is subject to change as it depends on product availability and your delivery address.
12. Returns
If customers are not satisfied with their product, they can choose to return it within 14 days, counting from the date of reception, by downloading the Return From from ‘ My Account -> Return Form’ or filling in the Return form attached in the delivery package.
We do not accept used or damaged products. The return products must be delivered in a new box or in the original box, with the textile label and hangtag intact and with the filled in Return Form.
Exchanging a product for another size/color/style, etc. is not possible on our website. You must return your product and order a new one fit for you.

In case the return is not caused by our fault (wrong product/size/color/model or defects), the buyer will need to cover the return shipping cost. Mauverien will not accept returns sent carriage due.
Very important: In case we have sent a different product than the one ordered/ the wrong size/the wrong color or the dispatched product presents errors or defects, we will refund the customer with the purchase amount and the initial and return delivery expenses.
13. Refunds
Once we receive the items, we will make sure that the goods are in perfect condition and we will deliver refund of the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase.
We will complete the refund within 14 working days after your package arrives at our location. Once we checked the condition of the returned goods, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
The refund of the purchase amount will always be delivered through the same payment method through which the customer payed the purchase. In case of cash delivery, the customer must provide Mauverien with its bank account details in order that the purchase amount to be refunded through bank transfer.
If the returned products are not in the original condition (they are worn, they present stains, defects, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse to refund or only partially refund you.
In case we have sent a different product than the one ordered or the dispatched product presents defects, we will refund the customer with the purchase amount and the delivery and return expenses.
14. Use of the website
It is the obligation of the customer to keep confidential their user and password details when registering on our website. The details provided by the customer will be solely used in relation to the orders and purchase process on our website. Only by the specific agreement of the customer to newsletter subscription, Mauverien will notify by e-mail its customers regarding new collections, new products, discounts, etc.
