Your account details are strictly used within the commercial relationship with www.mauverien.com. This information will never be shared with or sold to third parties. We never handle your bank information. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway provided by Visa, Mastercard and the accepting bank – Banca Transilvania.
When you place an order, it will appear in your ‘My Account ->My Orders’ section. At first, you will see the word ‘processing’ which means that your order is being processed. Once we have prepared your order and sent it out, the status of your order will change to ‘Shipped’.
You will receive a confirmation mail containing an order number and a summary of your purchased items. For more information on delivery, please check the ‘Delivery & Returns’ section.
You can continue to add or remove items in your shopping bag as long as you did not place your order. Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change it. Nevertheless, you can return your purchased item within 14 days and ask for a refund. For more information on returns, please check the ‘Delivery & Returns’ section.

Every transaction is processed through a secure gateaway provided by our partners Visa, Mastercard and the accepting bank Banca Transilvania. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly to the entity in encrypted format (SSL). We have SSL certificates and security certificates for online transactions: Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
All prices displayed include the VAT applicable in Romania at the rate of 19%.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
At the moment, we deliver only in Romania with Fan Courier.
Since all our items are on a made-to-order basis, the estimated shipping time is 2 – 5 working days after your order is confirmed and handed over to the courier.
Please note that the delivery can be delayed by the courier during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter etc.). If you experience delays, please contact us at email@example.com or track your order at www.fancourier.ro using the AWB that we provide for your order.
The cost of shipping in Romania is 19 RON. Also, the shipping is free of charge for all the orders over 250 RON. The total amount including the price of the product plus the shipping cost will appear on the checkout page.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email which will include the AWB of your order. Using the AWB we provide, you can track your order at www.fancourier.ro.
If you did not receive your order within our estimated delivery period which is between 2 – 5 working days, please track your order at www.fancourier.ro, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If the shipping address contains a mistake, the courier may send the package back to us. If this is the case, we will not be able to send it off again and you will automatically be refunded within 14 business days.
You have 14 days in order to return a purchased item, counting from the date of reception, followed by a refund equal to the value of the ordered products that you wish to return, plus the shipping costs, if the case (please check the ‘ Return Shipping Cost’ and ‘Refunds’ sections to see if the refund of the shipping costs would apply in your case).
For returning an item, please follow these steps:
Purchase a standard box or reuse the box that was already used for shipping your items. All returned products must be in the original condition, not worn, with the attached tag.
Fill in the online Return Form or the Return Form found in the package indicating the reasons for return and place it in the box, along the products that you want to return.

We recommend that you use trustworthy courier services. Unfortunately, we cannot assume any lost item that you’ve returned.
In case of the returns by post or by courier, we will not accept unpaid or paid packages at the destination and we will not bear the costs of postal returns.
In case the return is not caused by our fault (wrong product/size/color/model or defects), the buyer will need to cover the return shipping cost.
You can return the items within 14 days from the reception of our order. In all cases in which the return is not due to our fault, the return shipping cost will be supported by the customer.
All returned products must be in the original condition, as you received them.
Please note that an item worn or without its tag cannot be returned.
We will inspect the products before we can offer you the refund. In case of postal returns, we will not accept unpaid or paid packages at the destination and will not bear the costs of postal returns.
After we have received the returned items and checked that the products meet all the requirements, we will complete the refund within 14 working days after your package arrives at our location. We will proceed the refund on the credit/debit card you used to purchase our products, or if you payed cash on delivery (for Romania only), we will proceed the refund to the bank account you indicated in the Return form.
If the returned products are not in the original condition (they are worn, they present stains, defects, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or only partially refund you
In case the return of the products is caused by our fault (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, product defects), we will also refund the initial and the return shipping costs along the value of the ordered products.
